NABILA NAJWA BINTI
JAMAL ABD NASIR

Nabila Najwa Binti Jamal Abd Nasir received her degree in law LL.B (Hons) from the multimedia University and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court Malaysia on 13th May 2016.

Her vast experience in conveyancing includes various types of sales and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, development agreement, distribution agreement and lease agreement.

She is also well versed in banking and finance matters including house loan documentation, charges and assignments of properties.

Nabila has represented clients in family matters including appearance at courts and judicial reviews for divorce proceedings, alimony settlements, drafting complex prenuptial agreements, advisory on trusts and management of funds as well as creation of post marital investment trusts and funds.

She has also handled various cases & types of power of attorney, documentation for wills, trust deed, deed of settlement for individual and corporate clients throughout her career.

Her in-depth experience also includes attending to civil litigation matters such as banking litigation cases, divorce proceedings, housing late delivery cases, probate and estate matters and small estate claims.

Syafiqah binti Che Aziz graduated with her degree in law LL.B (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and was enrolled as an advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 26th May 2016.

She commenced practice as an associate with Messrs. Nazri Azmi Islinda and Messrs H. Ali & Associates and gained the legal experience and knowledge to pave her legal career.

In December 2019, Syafiqah became a Partner at J A NABILA & CO. Her expertise and experience involves attending to banking and finance matters including housing loan documentation, charges and assignment of properties for all range of cases.

Her extensive experience also encompasses specialising in various conveyancing practice including sale and sub-sale of properties, land dealing, commercial and corporate loan, auction, perfection of transfer and charge, preparation of tenancy agreements, and will writing.

A trained engineering graduate, Wan Muhammad Fikri is the Managing Director to J A NABILA & CO. With a deep interest in law, especially in real estate matters, Fikri has a sound and acute understanding of our clients’ objectives.

Fikri has extensive experience in numerous property related transactions (commercial, residential and mixed property developments). He provides assistance and support in matters related to real estate agencies, various types of property conveyancing, property financing and all other aspects relating to the real estate industry.

Fikri is a truly client-driven practical business liaison and demonstrates a high level of commitment to his projects.

Nurul Na’imah read law and obtained her LLB from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). In 2018, she obtained another Degree Honour Shariah at the same University, IIUM.

She underwent her pupillage-in-chambers under the guidance of Mr. Gurdip Singh. Having had this opportunity, she has been exposed to and gained vast exposure in various aspects of conveyancing and litigation.

She was called to the Malaysian Bar in the year 2019 and thereafter joined Messrs JA Nabila & Co as a Legal Assistant. She has been in active legal practice since then.

Her expertise lies in all aspects of Conveyancing matters, such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Bank Loan Documentations, in drafting various types of Contracts, Joint Ventures Agreements, etc.

She is also competent to advise on all Syariah matters. She presently handles the firm’s conveyancing work mainly on loan documentations in line with bank’s requirement and compliance.

Nor Hanani binti Mazlan graduated with a degree in law LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2017. She commenced her pupillage in 2018 under the tutelage of Dato’ Nazri bin Mustafa of Messrs Nazri Azmi Islinda and later enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. She was then retained as the junior conveyancing associate in which she gained a valuable and vast knowledge in conveyancing practice.

Her conveyancing practice area includes the sale and purchase transaction i.e. direct purchase from developer, secondary market and auction, and tenancy. She also has an extensive experience in handling loan transaction and documentation process with local banks and government loan agencies for primary and secondary market and refinancing, perfection of charge, discharge of charge process and etc.

Nor Hanani binti Mazlan has recently joined Messres J A Nabila & Co in May 2021 as covenyancing associate specializing in the loan transaction matters.

Ms Suraya Ezzety Binti M Suhaimi was born and raised in Negeri Sembilan. She completed her secondary education at Tunku Kurshiah College and thereafter, Ms Suraya graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons)) from Universiti Teknologi Mara. Ms Suraya had undergone her pupillage at Messrs Lee Sok Wah & Co under the tutelage of Mr Hong Nan Tong and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor on 18th February 2022.

During her pupillage at Messrs Lee Sok Wah & Co, Ms Suraya received great exposure to litigation. Ms Suraya had the opportunity to handle matrimonial disputes and non- contentious legal matters such as probate and administration.

With an interest to learn more about conveyancing, Ms Suraya began her law career at Messrs J A Nabila & Co in May 2022. Equipped with knowledge and trainings, Ms Suraya is now honing her skills in conveyancing mainly in loan transactions.

SITI FAUZANA HANIM

Ms. Siti Fauzana Hanim Binti Mohd Fouzi was born in Negeri Sembilan. She received her primary education at SK Undang Jelebu and SMK Dato’ Undang Musa Al-Haj for her secondary education. Then, she furthered her study at Universiti Teknologi MARA Kampus Seremban 3 in Public Administration and Policy Studies.

She later graduated with LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam. She underwent her pupillage at Messrs. Norazmi Daud & Azreen, Sepang under the supervision of Tuan Norazmi Bin Daud. She was duly admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya on 10th of December, 2021. She started her career as a Legal Assistant at Messrs Rosenida, Azlina, Hafidz & Co. Then, she continues to develop her skills as a Legal Practioner at J A Nabila & Co starting from August 2022.

She specialized in Conveyancing matter and has handled various conveyancing transaction such as sale and purchase of property which involves subsale and project cases, auction, loan and banking transaction and litigation matter such as probate and administration.

ANIS NAJWA

Anis Najwa binti Alwi, earned her LL.B (Hons) degree in law from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). Her commitment to legal excellence led her to pursue further education, culminating in the successful completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice at UiTM in July 2020. Anis Najwa was duly admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on December 11, 2020.

While embarking on her legal career, Anis Najwa commenced her journey as a legal associate with Messrs Rosenida, Azlina, Hafidz & Co. Her dedication to professional growth remained unwavering, evidenced by her attainment of a Master of Law (LLM) degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in

August 2021.

Her legal expertise primarily centers on conveyancing, encompassing a wide range of services such as sale and purchase transactions, including direct purchases from developers, sale and purchase for subsale transactions, auctions, probate and small estate claims, and also encompass the meticulous processes of loan transactions with various banks.

AINA THURAYA

Tengku Nur Aina Thuraya binti Tengku Zakaria graduated with a degree in law LL.B (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and has Master of Law (LLM) at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam. She was enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 4th August 2017 whereupon she commenced practice as an associate with Messrs. Aziz Hassan & Co and was offered as a Salaried Partner cum Legal Assistant at Messrs Rafiq & Co and gained legal practice experience and knowledge undertaking diverse legal work. Tengku Nur Aina Thuraya has joined J A NABILA & CO. in December 2019.

Her conveyancing practice area covers various types of sale and purchase agreement, tenancy agreement, shares sale agreement, joint venture agreement, development agreement, distribution agreement and lease agreement.

She has great experience in attended to banking and finance matters including housing loan documentation, charges and assignments of properties.

She also has been exposed in attending to civil litigation matters including banking litigation cases, divorce proceedings, bankruptcy, housing late delivery cases, probate and estate matters and small estate claims.

SAKINAH

Nurul Sakinah Binti Mazlan is from Melaka, she holds a Bachelor degree of Laws (LLB (Hons)) in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She was called to the Malaysian Bar on 16th November 2014 after completing her successful pupilage with Messrs Mimirahayu Haniff Heng & Partners, Batu Pahat. She has had an extensive experience working with Mimirahayu Haniff Heng & Partners at Melaka and Bang Branch. And having undergone as a Legal Assistant in Messrs Mimirahayu Haniff Heng & Partners she had spent most of her professional time handling litigation and Conveyancing matters as well as Housing Development matters while handling and managing security documents of various Bank’s Panel. Later on, she joined Messrs Ashikin, Martini & Izzatul, Kajang, Selangor Darul Ehsan handling fully Conveyancing matters and well-versed in drafting and preparing Sale and Purchase Agreements and has vast experience in sub-sale.

ATHIRAH

Athirah Binti Mohd Jamel graduated with Bachelor of Laws and Shariah with Honours (LLB and Shariah) (Hons.) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in 2018. She then further her study with Postgraduate Diploma of Islamic Judicial and Advocatory Practice and graduated in the year of 2019.

After graduated from USIM, on February 2020, she started to work as a paralegal at Messrs Sale & Aizac for one year and a half. Fast forward to July 2021, after her law degree programme received full recognition from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board (LPQB), she then served her pupillage in the same firm as she works as a paralegal, under the supervision of Pn. Marsitah Binti Yusuf as her Pupil Master. During her work as a paralegal and pupillage, she had been in charge mainly on Conveyancing files where she manages Sale and Purchase Agreement transactions as well as loan documentations.

She was later called and admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 11th of November 2022 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court. She then joined Messrs Chong & Seelah Mohamad and currently being part of Messrs J A Nabila & Co as a legal assistant

FARAH

Legal Assistant

Farah Farhanah Binti Abdul Razak was born in Johor Bahru. She received her primary and secondary education both at private islamic school, Sekolah Rendah Islam Hidayah and Sekolah Menengah Islam Hidayah.

She then graduated with her degree in law LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 25/09/2016.

She completed her pupillage at Messrs. Mohd Amin Ng & Associates and later embarks her practise as Legal Associate at Messrs. Wang & S.B Wong in Civil Litigation. She has experience in Civil Litigation cases, be it contentious and non-contentious matters.

She later changed her wind of direction to explore Conveyancing field as a Legal Asisstant at J A Nabila from March 2023.

Nurul Hanis Binti Abdul Rahim graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons)) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2023. Previously, she finished her Foundation Studies in Management Programme from UUM in 2019. During her studies, she had undergone as a legal intern in Messrs Isaacs & Isaacs at Kuala Terengganu for 2 months under the supervision of Datuk Victor Isaac which she had been exposed in handling and assisting the lawyer in Criminal and Litigation matters.
